Our Adaptive Fitness Program

We are proud to offer an Adaptive Fitness Program dedicated to providing a welcoming and inclusive environment for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our owners, Erik and Mimi, have a deep personal connection to this cause. As parents of two boys with non-verbal autism, they understand the unique needs of individuals with disabilities.
